A water-based thermoplastic acrylic emulsion floor sealer for concrete and resilient flooring. Unlike most modified sealer-finish formulations, Seal-a-Tex II has been formulated to provide permanent sealing of the floor. Seal-a-Tex II provides the wear, gloss and chemical resistance of aqueous urethanes without the high cost and may be used as a non-removable undercoat for conventional floor finishes and waxes. For indoor use only.
